Most offsites fail the same way: a rented conference room, a hotel bar, and a team that goes home no closer than it arrived. A house works differently. At OneLife Gull Lake, your team of 8–16 gets the entire property — one living room for the working sessions, a second for the conversations that actually change things, a dining table that seats 12, and fast wifi throughout.

When the laptops close, the house takes over: a 6-person hot tub overlooking Gull Lake, a game room with ping pong, foosball, and darts, and a fire pit for the end of the night. Everyone sleeps on site — five bedrooms, three kings, beds for 16 — so nobody peels off to a hotel mid-conversation.

Keypad entry, EV charger, private road. Bring the agenda; the house handles the rest.

Quilting retreat, writing week, yoga getaway, or a long-overdue trip with your closest people — the format is the same: the entire house is yours. Two full living rooms mean your project stations, mats, or manuscripts stay set up all week while meals and downtime happen in the other room. The dining table seats 12, the kitchen handles group cooking, and beds for 16 mean nobody draws the air mattress.

Sunday through Thursday in the off-season, rates drop well below weekend pricing — the quiet months up here are the best-kept secret on the lake. Hot tub on the patio, fire pit on the bluff, and a sunrise over Gull Lake that makes the 6 a.m. coffee crowd feel smug.

The Mid-Week Buyout

• When: Sunday–Thursday nights, October through May
• What: the whole house, exclusive to your group — no other guests, no shared spaces
• Group size: up to 16 overnight
• Rates: well below peak-season weekend pricing, with a 2-night minimum — every group is quoted individually
• Booking: direct only. Group buyouts aren't bookable through the online calendar — email or call for a quote.
